A small group of students walk up to a door leading into what looks like a dilapidated warehouse...you'd think..."strange place for the IIDA to host the biggest event in the NW chapter." That is until you actually enter the space.
Holy Pravda Studios! 5000 sq ft of beautiful old wood floors, high ceilings, exposed beams, windows that go forever and 200 + design professionals mingling, drinking, laughing, basically enjoying themselves. This is an industry event. Here are a few good things about attending as a student member or visiting non-member:

Grub! Standard cocktail fare...wait...what's this?! Dates wrapped with bacon on sticks?! Waiters meandering through the crowd topping off glasses of vino?! What?! Students are welcome to come anytime?!
Industry professionals! BTW, lady in the third pic (Sonja) was freakin' awesome and fun to talk to...she works here. She really knows her products!
More drinks! Really...how many industries have parties where students only pay $15-20 to drink all night and network?
It was nice to see some of our AI chums and a few from BCC...lets make sure our school is well represented next year!
